- Reviews and completion history on the platform matter more than forum post count.
- Clients may message you before posting a formal job.
- Reply promptly with clarifying questions, availability, and what you need (photos, model numbers, access).
- Keep job-related communication on the platform when possible — better for records and reviews.

Q: Where do I edit my password or phone?
